Once you choose your plan… You will then fill out the “Request a New Template” form and tell us what you need (Just Listed, Open House, Sold, social post, etc.), and drop in your photos, logo, colors, and any text you want on it.

We take your info and build the template to match your branding — your logo, your colors, your fonts, your style. If you’ve submitted brand guidelines before, we reuse them so everything stays consistent.

Once it’s ready, we send your marketing template to your client portal / members-only page (or email it to you) so you can reuse it for future listings.

You download the template, swap in the new photos or listing info if needed, and post to Instagram, Facebook, email, or print — it’s already sized and branded for you. Or if you choose our elite plan we will handle your entire social media account and have scheduled posts ready to post to ensure a professional social media page.
